"OnShop"-ը չի կրում պատասխանատվություն առաքիչի հեռանալուց (կամ Ձեր գրասենյակից հեռանալուց) հետո առաջացած խնդիրների համար, բացառությամբ այն առանձին դեպքերի, երբ ապրանքի թերացումը ֆունկցիոնալ է և հայտնաբերվել է օգտագործման ընթացքում: Տվյալ դեպքում, Դուք կարող եք իրականացնել փոխարինում կամ վերադարձ, ապրանքի առաքման պահից սկսած 2 օրերի ընթացքում: Օգտագործման ընթացքում թերացում հայտնաբերելու դեպքում ապրանքի վերադարձը կամ փոխարինումը իրականացվում են բացառապես գրասենյակում և ՀԴՄ կտրոնի ու առաքման անդորրագրի առկայության դեպքում:
Վնասված ապրանքի վերադարձի դեպքում, վերադարձվում է պատվերի գումարը ամբողջովին`առաքման արժեքը ներառյալ:

ա) Կազմակերպությունը պատասխանատու է ցուցադրված ապրանքի նկարագրությանը և փաստացի ապրանքի համապատասխանության համար։
բ) Պատասխանատու է կորած, չառաքված և հասցեատիրոջը չհասած պատվերի համար:

է) Կազմակերպությունը պատասխանատվություն չի կրում առաքանու այն ուշացումների համար, որոնք տեղի են ունեցել ֆորս մաժորային իրավիճակներում( Արտակարգ դրություն, հրդեհ, հոսանքի բացակայում, համակարգի անսարքին վիճակ և այլն):

Այս տեսակի առաքումը կատարվում է անվճար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքով՝ «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ կազմակերպության միջոցով։ Երևանի տարածքում առաքումը կատարվում է՝ 1, իսկ Երևանից դուրս 2-ից 3 աշխատանքային օրերի ընթացքում։ «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ կայքի համապատասխան բաժնում հնարավորություն է տրվում հետևել Ձեր պատվերի առաքման ընթացիկ կարգավիճակին, տրամադրված բեռնային համարով։
2․Առաքչի միջոցով
Առաքման այս տեսակը վճարովի է, արժեքը՝ 500 դրամ։ Կատարվում է միայն Երևանում, նույն կամ հաջորդ օրը, կախված պատվերի ձևակերպման ժամից։
Հարց։ Գրված արժեքը վերջնակա՞ն է, թե հավելյալ գումար է ավելանում Պատասխան: Հարգելի հաճախորդ մեզ մոտ գները վերջնական են, որևիցե լրացուցիչ գումար չի ավելանում ( բեռնափոխադրում, սպասարկում և այլ միջնորդավճարներ)
